Lerryn started her career in the film and television industry and them went into illustration after the birth of her first child. She has a MFA from Kingston University and has published 15 books internationally. She lives in Devon and has a wise old cat called Bilbo and a dog called Freya who is part wolf.

As well as illustration Lerryn has studied regenerative culture and permaculture.
